What is Foxtrail?

It is a game or adventure for friends, family or large groups (companies, schools, among others). Participants walk around and explore places and local heritage in a playful way, and challenge their skills in different games, riddles, and various secret codes in order to accomplish a heritage defense mission. 

How does the ticket purchasing process take place?

The purchasing process is done online. When purchasing, you will have to provide some basic information such as name and number of players, the day of visit and the time you want to start the tour. Once the payment is made, your reservation will be confirmed by sending the tickets with QR Codes and individual number codes by e-mail. This information must be shared with all players in order to check-in and check-out.

Must all participants check-in and check-out?

Yes! The purchase can be made by only one person, but everyone in the group must check-in. At the first station, each player must read the QR Code to open the game page that is activated with the individual numerical code. At check-out (end of the game) they present the QR Code that gives access to the last challenge of the game.

Is there a mission for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the From Dogs to Trams mission was designed for people with reduced mobility and can be accomplished without any problems.

If I don't have a smartphone, can't I play?

Yes, you can. This is the case for children whose check-in and check-out is optional. Those without a smartphone can print out the game instructions and follow them on paper. However, there must always be at least one member of the team with a smartphone to solve some of the challenges.

In case of help or emergency, what to do?

Along the way, you will have a helpline at your disposal that you can use whenever you need help or in cases of emergency.

How does the game work?

The team, that manages to reach the end without any help, reaches the maximum achievement of its mission: 100%. But for every help requested, such as seeing Location or seeing the Clue, you will be penalized. The game requires teamwork and mission spirit, as all players are tasked with helping FOX save and protect the heritage. 

How long are the missions?

The missions are designed for an average running time of 150 to 180 minutes (long trails) or 90 to 120 minutes (short trails). This depends on the pace at which you walk and your skill at solving puzzles and challenges. 

Is there a time limit for the mission?

No. Every team can complete its mission at its own pace – there is no time limit to finish the game. But, you must scrupulously adhere to the start time of your mission and finish on the same day.

What is the goal of this game?

The objective of this game is to help Fox, a secret agent of FOX (Field Operations section 10) to protect the local heritage, with the help of the bat Herbert. The villain, Grimbart, of Gloom (Global Leadership Of Obscure Marauders), is obsessed with the beauty of the places and intends to steal their secrets and copy or even steal them to take them elsewhere.

What is the maximum number of people per team?

In order to ensure maximum quality of play, groups should have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 7 people.

Foxtrail is for people of all ages. However, because the questions and puzzles are more complex and involve long walks, we recommend Foxtrail for ages 5 and older. 

Does the experiment take place every day?

Yes! The experience takes place every day of the week, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (the schedule may change depending on the season).

How can I book a mission?

Groups with up to 18 people can purchase online (possibility of splitting into three groups). However, larger groups must make a reservation by filling out a form. 

How do I make reservations for large groups?

Reservations for large groups must be made through the form present here.

It is recommended that you wear sportswear and comfortable shoes.

What can we find throughout the mission?

Many surprises and challenges are the main highlight throughout the mission!

What happens if I make the purchase and cannot attend on the selected day and time?

If you do not show up on the selected day and time, you will have 24 hours from the scheduled start time to reschedule the experience. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of tickets and no refund. 

Is it possible to cancel the reservation? How many hours in advance?

Yes, it is. You can request cancellation of the reservation up to 2 hours in advance. 

Can I make a new reservation?

Yes! After cancelling your reservation, you can repeat all the steps and choose a new time slot (on the same day, if you have available times, or, if not, you should select another day).

How can I pay for the tickets?

You can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Paypal.

How much does the experience cost?

Ticket prices for both adults and children are clearly stated on each mission page. These may vary throughout the year and location.
